I moved to Port Richey from Washington State in December 2024, shortly after Hurricane Helene flooded the home we already owned here. Acting as owner-contractor, I gutted the home and rebuilt it myself: drywall, plumbing, electrical, and flooring. I know what it takes to relocate across the country, work through flood damage, and make a house a home again.

Before real estate, I spent years in warehouse and manufacturing management, where my job was to solve problems and build better processes. I’m also a dad of three adult children. Today I help buyers and sellers across Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties with the same steady, practical approach.
