Jake studied Business at the State College of Florida and has a background in Outdoor Education and building zip line canopy tours. He began his career in Real Estate in 2013 and quickly excelled, joining the ranks of the top 2% of producing agents in our area. He has since sold over 200 homes. He is active in our community and is a leader among his peers. Jake became a nationally certified Keller Williams University trainer and he travels the state teaching. He is the proud dad of a strong daughter and a loving husband. Jake is passionate with a big mission - to empower our community by giving our clients the education, resources and respect to make sound real estate decisions. -
Drew Greska
Operations Manager
Drew is a graduate of University of Central Florida School of Business. He has a passion for real estate and a drive to help clients experience the best customer service in our industry. As a dedicated member of our team, he brings fresh energy and enthusiasm. Drew enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and relaxing at home with his beloved cat, Oliver. -

Annie is an artist, practitioner of yoga and perpetual student. She is as a graphic designer and silversmith and an alumna of USF. In 2016, she decided to join the family business and turn her creative energy towards the growth and success of BCTB through photography, managing our marketing and finances. Erica has been an entrepreneur for most of her life and brings over a decade of real estate knowledge and experience to the industry. Licensed since 2015, she has built a reputation for strong client relationships and a commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Now based in Florida, Erica is a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty in Clearwater, where she continues to serve clients with the same dedication that has defined her career. Her professional background also includes experience in business operations, education, and administrative leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on organization, communication, and client care.
Throughout her career, Erica has been recognized for her work, including receiving the Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and representing the listing of the House of Hope. She believes that finding a real estate professional clients can truly trust is essential and guides her business by the core values of RISE — Respect, Integrity, Sincerity, and Expertise. These principles shape how she serves her clients and approaches every transaction.
Erica previously volunteered with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) in Oklahoma, advocating for the best interests of children in the foster care system. She continues to have a strong passion for community involvement and advocacy, particularly supporting causes related to domestic violence awareness and prevention.
When she’s not working with clients, Erica enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and building meaningful connections within the communities she serves.
